Client Brief: Our client acquired a former campsite and secured planning permission to convert the site into a specialist school. The brief was to transform existing buildings into functional classrooms, offices and support spaces suitable for an educational environment.

Our Role: Jackson & Lacey Construction acted as Principal Contractor, managing the project from strip-out through to completion.

Scope of Works:

• Full internal strip-out

• New heating system installation

• Electrical installation and upgrades

• Plastering, joinery and internal finishes

• Installation of toilets and kitchen facilities

• Flooring and full decoration
