Rhys Jackson

A lifelong entrepreneur, Rhys launched Jackson & Lacey Construction with his wife, Alice, to bring a more personal, family feel to the building world. Over the past decade he has grown the business from a small building firm into a construction and property company working with councils, housing associations and private clients.

Rhys prides himself on being hands-on with every project, from pricing and planning through to regular site visits. He makes sure every job is delivered with precision and care, and that it meets the client's expectations.​​​​​​

Alice Lacey

Alice has a wealth of experience in the building sector, having worked in commercial property management and for a national estate agent before founding Jackson & Lacey Construction with her husband, Rhys.

Alice handles the design side of our projects, finding high quality materials that fit both with the budget and vision. By managing the design and logistics, Alice ensures there is a seamless transition from the big structural ideas to the beautiful details you will see every day.

Operations Manager

Danielle Johnson

Danielle brings years of experience in operations management in higher education, where she kept complex teams, budgets and compliance running smoothly. She joined Jackson & Lacey to bring that same organisation to a growing construction business.

Danielle keeps everything running behind the scenes. She looks after accounts, payroll, compliance and training records, so our site teams can focus on the work. She's often the first friendly voice clients and suppliers speak to, and she makes sure everything from invoices to insurance is in order.

Contracts Manager

Matt Hussey

Matt runs our live projects from start to finish, planning labour, programmes and materials so every job is delivered safely, on time and to budget. He's the main point of contact for clients once work starts on site, and he keeps standards high across every site we run.

Ben Gibbons

Ben runs our sites day to day. He leads the trades, keeps work on programme and makes sure everyone works safely. His hands-on experience means problems get solved on site quickly, and he's a reassuring presence for clients and residents in occupied buildings.

They're the day-to-day contact for clients and residents, so the work runs smoothly with as little disruption as possible.
